Great system, we have used a similar one for 4 years now. Keep rate goes up almost immediately.

Wonderful system...but I worry such a system would hurt deliveries.
RTO Online Response: Deliveries will likely go down when scoring is used. But the deliveries you make will have a longer keep rate. It is important to start slowly and work your way into a 'minimum score'. We recommend several months of data prior to setting a minimum.

This is so VERY true, service will make or break a rental agreement. What suggestions do you have for dealing with false claims of service issues.

Better than War and Peace
This was great, I know what you mean, when I buy my husband a gun it cost me 10 rental agreements, and a free weeks rent!!!!!
RTO Online Response: We debated whether or not to post this one...some people might not understand. I am from the Midwest where, if you find a woman that will buy you a deer rifle for Christmas,...you marry her instantly.
