The addition of Republican Representatives John Boozman (R-AR 3rd Staff), Tom Feeney (R-FL 24th Staff), Jo Bonner (R-AL 1st Staff), John Hostettler (R-IN 8th Staff),  Sam Graves (R-MO 6th Staff) and Democrat Leonard Boswell (D-IA 3rd Staff) brings the total cosponsor count to 91.
