According to a press release
issued today, Simtech
International has introduced a $169.00 suggested retail
camcorder, billed as the "Lowest cost camcorder ever made."

Called EZ-1, the new
VHS-C model is a point-and-shoot camera with
single-button operation.
Simtech, founded by industry veteran James Twerdahl to
"Simplify Technology" products, says that the EZ-1 provides
high quality video without having to spend hours studying a
manual and remembering a sequence of steps.
