APRO named Jody Katz, store manager for Buddy's
Home Furnishings, as Rental Purchase Employee of The Year during Thursday's
general session.
Mr. Katz was recognized for his volunteer work in locating missing children. In
addition to other volunteer work, Katz raised $10,000 for Child Protection
Education of America, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to missing and
exploited children.
Patrick and Marianna Head, customers of Babers Leasing, were named Rental
Purchase Customers of the Year. Mr. Head serves as pastor of the Friendship
C.M.E. church in Dorsey Mississippi. Pat is the co-founder of the Save Our Youth
program and the couple assist their community in fighting poverty and
homelessness.
 The
keynote speaker at this years event was Carolyn Kepcher, best known as Donald
Trumps right hand woman on the "Apprentice." Kepcher shared her history as
Trump's apprentice and the virtues of thinking outside the box.
