Rent King's
co-owners Chris Kale, Paul Schaller (who's
who) and Larry Pividal want 55 stores in 10 years and
they're looking for a few good RTO professionals to help.
Director of Operations
Supervise all operational aspects of our business including
direct supervision of 3 divisional managers and 1 auditor. This
individual will have direct responsibility for new store
start-ups, increasing existing store's revenues, and insuring
that Rent King's internal performance standards are met or
exceeded. This is an outstanding opportunity with an overall
salary and incentive package that can grow to well above
$100,000 annually.
Store Manager Trainee
Rent King currently owns and operates 17 rental-purchase stores
throughout Central Florida. We are expanding to a projected 55
stores over the next 10 years. We seek intelligent individuals
with strong supervisory skills. Store Manager trainees can
typically expect a store assignment within 3 to 6 months. We
provide training and utilize a combination of classroom and
in-store, on-the-job training. Rent King offers group health
insurance, group dental, Simple IRA retirement plan (with
company match), paid vacations after 6 months, Christmas Bonus
program, Anniversary Bonus program, an outstanding base salary
scale, monthly bonus plans, and lucrative quarterly contests.
Our average store manager currently earns $48,000 plus bonuses.
A Rent King Store Manager can expect to work an average of 50-55
hours per week. We challenge our management team to deliver the
