Greg Christian, store manager for Aaron's in Corinth, Mississippi said, "We have used our video surveillance system from Stealth Security Services many times to record video footage that has helped settle customer disputes, payment issues, locate missing merchandise and identify more than one thief."

Christian explained the Stealth Security Video system was recently used to settle a payment dispute. "A customer claimed that his wife had come in to make their payment. "The customer told us the day and time that his wife would have come in to the store and paid her balance. We certainly did not want to bill a customer twice, so we checked the video images. By reviewing the video of that day, we saw that the customer never came in the store and had not paid the payments."

The Corinth store has also used the Stealth Security video system to question customers that did not pay for their merchandise. “We have caught footage of missing merchandise on film, and then later got it back when we called the customer and asked for it.” When you catch a thief on camera, you have admissible video footage you can always use. “We had a customer that purchased an Xbox, then called us and said that she didn’t get it. After looking at the tapes, the recorded video showed us that she had already taken it.”

“Someone also tried to leave the back door open, to get in the store later. We caught that on camera too,” added Christian.
