| Trooper Earle, president and CEO of Premier
Rental-Purchase, presents Premier's 2005 Top Store Revenue
award to Jack Rowland for his Sacramento, California
location during the company's January, 2006 convention
in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Rowland also received the award for Best New
Store Growth and Industry Service. The Industry Service
award is given "in recognition and appreciation of loyal
support and service to the rental purchase industry."

Premier Rental-Purchase will hold
it's annual dealer convention in Miami, Florida January 15-18,
2007. Trooper Earle, President of Premier Rental Purchase, said
the group gathers every year to review business objectives,
product lines, advertising promotions and growth strategies.
"Premier has experienced tremendous growth in the past year. Our
annual convention is a key factor in managing that growth."
As major rental purchase companies continue consolidation,
many experienced RTO professionals are making the jump to
ownership by opening a Premier Franchise. Premier offers
franchises in 4 divisions; Premier Rental Purchase, Premier
Financial Services, Premier Home Furnishings and Premier Wheel
Rentals.
The 2005 Premier convention was held in Playa del Carmen,
Mexico.

Premier Cash Services is headed by 20 year financial services
industry veteran Tom Wurm and franchises the Premier brand for
payday loan and check cashing operations.
Premier
Wheel Rentals is headed by Scott Savell and franchises the
Premier brand for stand-alone wheel and tire rent to own stores.

The average store is 3,500 square feet with projected monthly
revenue of $60,000 from an average rental agreement of $300 per
month.
 Premier Home Furnishings
is headed by Jim Schebler. Premier Home Furnishings develops
franchises focusing on
mix of retail and leasing/rent to own.
In January, 2006, Premier announced a financing program for franchisees through
Capital Solutions.
