Single store and multiple store territories are available under the Rent-n-Roll Licensee Program

Kent Enterprises LLC. is opening their second Rent-n-Roll Custom Wheel and Tire store in Lake Worth Fl. in Palm Beach County. Grand opening is set for December 15th.

Under a license agreement with Tampa based Rent-n-Roll LLC., Kent Enterprises plans to open eight more Rent-n-Roll Custom Wheel and Tire stores in southern Florida over the next five years.

Rent-n-Roll is the brainchild of Larry Sutton, known in the the industry as 'The Reverend of RTO'. Rent-n-Roll Custom Wheels and Tires opened their first store in November of 2000. The second corporate store opened in April of 2001. A third corporate location will open in Bradenton, Fl. in February.

The company signed the first Licensee in late 2001 and the first licensed store opened in January 2002. Rent-n-Roll LLC. plans to develop the Tampa-St. Pete market with corporate stores while developing a network of licenses in the Southeast Region.

"There are two types of licenses available. One is for stand alone Wheel and Tire specialty stores and the other is for adding an in store Rent-n-Roll unit to an existing Rent to Own store. The specialty stores are averaging between 85k and 110k in top line revenue and work best in larger markets of at least 150k while the in store units work well in smaller markets."

Capital requirements to open a Rent-n-Roll are similar to those required for a traditional Rent to Own location. Rent-n-Roll waives license fees for the first 6 months of operation and provides Licensee's with advertising, promotional and marketing material, as well as a proven operating method.

"By keeping our corporate stores to about ten units it gives plenty of time to spend helping our licenses develop their business and the concept. While it is the Rent to Own Business, there are enough differences to make it extremely challenging, but the end results can be very rewarding."
