the annual turkey giveaway to the introduction of the 100%
Happiness Guarantee, it has been an exciting year for
Mac
Frugal’s Furniture, Niagara Peninsula's largest rent to own
provider. Mac Frugal's Furniture was recently presented with the
Established Enterprise Award at this year’s
Niagara Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
“We are extremely privileged and honored to have been
selected as the Established Enterprise Award winner. This is a
testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff and the
strength and commitment of our industry to the Niagara
Peninsula,” said Gary and Jeff Clemmensen, owners of Mac

The Established Enterprise Award recognizes the individual
who best represents the characteristics of a successful
entrepreneur, including creativity, initiative, dynamic growth,
and sound management. The company must be at least five years
old or more.
The Niagara Entrepreneur of the Year Awards was established
in 1994 to recognize the achievements, excellence and innovation
of Niagara's entrepreneurs. The awards are supported by a
committee of volunteers from Niagara's corporate, education and
economic development sectors. The men and women who have been
recognized through these awards exemplify the true spirit of
entrepreneurship. Through hard work, determination, creativity
and resourcefulness, they have established new ventures or lead
existing ones into renewed growth. The Entrepreneur of the Year
Awards program continues to grow annually and garners extensive
exposure within Niagara's business community and from the media.
Mac Frugal Furniture operates 3 locations and employs over 35
people. Mac Frugal's has the three largest Rent-To-Own Stores in
the Niagara Peninsula with stores up to six times larger than
its competitors.
