As Encore! Home Entertainment nears its 20th year in business, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Rich Serlin feels he knows their secret to success.

"We have always been a very specification-driven furniture company. We have close contacts within the home electronics industry who keep us informed of changing product specs so that we can continue to offer several cutting-edge designs that will work with the ever-shifting design of home entertainment and home electronics items."

Serlin says the company uses other innovations to stay one step ahead of the competition, like their recently introduced honeycomb cartons for shipping.

"These have really helped ease concerns about damage done to the merchandise during the shipping process. The cartons do a phenomenal job of protecting the furniture that's inside. We've had some other recent innovations, as well – like hand grips built right into the backside of our large case goods so they can be easily moved in and out of a customer's home. And we always build lots of media storage into our wall units which make them very popular from a consumer perspective."

One of the company's strengths is a spectacular array of styles available at price points between $180 and $200 per piece. The Entree Casual Dining brand covers a wide selection of exceptional value and well designed casual dining. The Encore! Home Entertainment brand covers the segments of Home Entertainment walls and consoles, Home Theater Seating, and Pre-Built, ready to install Home Theater Rooms. Product in both segments contain cutting edge design, function, and features complementing the Home Electronics industry.

The latest Entrée Casual Dining collection includes 17 different dining styles and 9 styles of bar stools. The Encore! Home Entertainment brand features more than 30 home entertainment wall units and entertainment consoles.

The company ships merchandise direct to dealers, and can offer FOB shipping from either Nevada (where the company is headquartered) or North Carolina. And they also have the ability to prepay and bill freight, with the goal of making it easy for dealers to bring in their merchandise.
