There are distributors and then there are fulfillment partners. What's the difference? While both fill similar roles in storing, selling and then getting merchandise to rental stores, a fulfillment partner tends to be more focused in its approach. Just ask E.H.P. That product includes brand-name home appliances from Frigidaire and Frigidaire Gallery. E.H.P. Direct South also has a focused territory – Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina. That means next-day delivery occurs in 90% of their territory. Orders received by 2:00pm will deliver the next day in most cases.

E.H.P. Direct South also uses 90% independent partner carriers. Whenever possible, their partner trucks will deliver your merchandise and even assist in unloading if requested by the customer. This delivery approach also cuts down on the amount of damaged merchandise that shows up, which can be an issue with out-sourced LTL companies.

As Frigidaire expands its appliance offerings, E.H.P. Direct South is making sure rental dealers have access to the latest products. Bailey says that both the stainless steel appliance lineup and front load laundry are two strong categories that continue to grow.

"There is huge potential in the RTO business. We make sure we work to get product to the showroom floor next-day because we know it's important to ship quickly in the rental business. If your order comes in Thursday at 1:00, we're going to do everything we can to get that product to you by the weekend."
