| Spoken like a true CEO who should stay off the golf course and go to work in one of their stores for a few weeks. The RTO industry is nothing like McDonalds, it is based on the employee customer relationship. I never heard of McDonalds calling people to remind them they have a payment due or to go to their house to collect payments... Maybe these guys should open a McDonalds and get out of RTO. - |
