I am trying to find the e-mail address for Marc bitzer-I have a complaint about a washer(whirlpool) that I purchased in December 2007. It was recommended by Consumer Report as the #1 washer and dryer. I have had nothing but problem. I bought an extended warranty in 2008. Most, if not all, the components of the washing machine have been changed-computer board, agitator, etc. My clothes come out twisted, sometimes torn, and very wrinkled.I had a Sears product for many years, followed by a Maytag. I was very pleased with both products. I have called your customer service about the problem, but received no satisfaction. It is a Cabrio Automatic washer with 6th Sense Technology. Often the machine will indicate UL. We will go in and straighten the clothes and within 3 minutes it will happen again. I will sometimes go in and correct the problem 5-6 during a wash cycle. This washer was suppose to be efficient, both in water and detergent. I have found(although I have a large tub)that it is almost impossible to do a large load. I have a friend with the same machine who is very pleased. Please do not send another repairman to fix the machine. I believe it cannot be repaired to our satisfaction. My husband also tries to deal with the problems when we do laundry. Sears hasnt given us any satisfaction although they sell the product

not happy with whirlpool, I purchased a duet with a $300.00 rebate and did not get the rebate. on Nov.30, 2008 i purchased the duet for the price of $948.00 which i needed to get the rebate. received a letter stating i dont qualify. i am a retired servicemenber, put 20 years in the service and that why i see i dont quailied. Lowes gave me a military discount and there was not anything on the advertisement saying only one discount presales. If there was i would have taking the $300.00 over the $94.80 any day. Im hurt to see a big company like whirlpool treat the servicemenber who fight for the freedom of this country. jeff wallace
