This issue should not be a mandated item.Each employer & their employees should work out a solution. The costs to be occured can and will stop many companies from adding new people.In the event this item comes to furition, the time must be wiped away every 12 month period, absolutely no saving of "sick leave".Part time people should be excluded as they are with vacation time. We hate to admit the fact that there are employees who will take advantage of this gift. Companies with unions have this issue listed and they should not be involved in a decision. If the employee mut bring in a doctors slip the cost of the doctors slip will bemore than a days wages. This issue is not ready to be ready for a fast decision. Jerry Matheny 419-335-2878
