bought a leather sofa by fancy from canadian home furnishings in st. johns newfoundland. the seats have springs in them and was told it would last forever. never had it three months and had to call to have the springs fixed. it took them a full year and a half to come and take the chair and loveseat. they brought it back and one seat in the love seat is still puffed up in the middle the springs were definiately not fixed. They were supposed to come back within two weeks to take the couch. never heard from them since. I have been calling about this set since I bought it (with my hard earned money). I have been married for 30 years and I have never came across the likes of this. Its now two years.I will now be calling the department of consumers affairs and more than likely will end up in small claims court. I refuse to lose my money and be treated this way! I would not set foot in that store to buy any product from canadian home furnishings. Very, frustrated and upset, sincerely, Kathy and Terry Butt
