My name is Cynthia and Wendell McClain we have been renting form your store in whitesburg ky. for a while now. we hadto retuen the tv after being late for 3 days, we understood that they kept usning bonus bucks to move our account around and the werent all of our bonus bucks. we have out alot of money into this tv and we told that we could come back and get it . we needed to pay $129. which we understood that also. I know thatwe have a life time reinstatement to get our tv back. so we barrowed the money to get it back and went today on the 15 of august 2009 and the new mananger, said this to us. and i will say how he said it the we had to have fucking $279.00 to get it back and if we didnt like he was the fucking manager and he could do anything he wanted what he didnt knwo that we were recording him on our phone this time because we have alot of frnds that rent from tehre and thats seems to be the way he talks to everyone. we would like to continue doing business with u guys and hope to do so. but we plan to check our agreement also he tried to package our stuff together also but we didnt have anything packed togetehr. but i think he typed it up without our knowledge or signutare. its not cheaper that way maybe in the payment but cost more in the long run. so i thinl all of that had been renting from u are tired of the way your store manager talking to us this way, this is the easiest way for us to have some nice things and still be able to afford them with the way times are now.so i would like to have david kramer to call and talk with us. i really dont like being talked to that way and dont think he would like it either. we are planing to see the d.a. here about this problemn. i think maybe david could take care of this matter before we have to take it futther. and i hope that he didnt sign our name or type up a fake agreement. i know they might have wanted the tv since it had a low rv on it and rent it to one of their frnds.
