Shawn....I should not have to tell you that the majority (don't try to spin it any other way-- thats the fact) of your customers are the weakest of the weak as far as creditworthiness is concerned. They don't "renew" mostly because they can't afford it....wages have not, by any measure, kept up with price increases for every consumer good. yet your companies still target the people who are least able to pay the outrageous prices you charge (4 time the retail value!!)....it the money, my friend not the relationship....your viewpoint is from someone who can probably get good credit terms....would YOU be a rental customer? not likely...I don't believe for a minute that you actually understand the lives your customers are leading...paycheck to paycheck, with a flat tire busting their budget...but you still want your $30/wk from them....they don't have it. and no matter how much you pretend to be their "friend" it a business deal....and your AREN'T their friend....this is from a former rental customer who later was one of the top RTO managers in the nation....I've seen it from both sides....

the most basic fact in RTO as old as the business, glad to see these young kids are getting the education they need to understand rto but this is nothing new it is just the basics of RTO. glad to see these kids get it
