Some of these comments are crazy. I have been a Carolina Rent To Own customer for over 5 years, I have never had anything but the best customer service. I appreciate the great prices they always give me and of course the great service. Tanya Walker.(albemarle rd. store)

Carolina Rent to Own in Charlotte, NC is one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful, discourteous stores I have ever been associated with. The manager lacks customer service skills and experience and does not hold a high degree of respect for the people who make the business continue to prosper. Dan and Meg Ziegler should be ashamed to have people of such low caliber run their business where they claim to promote "Rent to Own has always been about maintaining a close relationship with customers and offering levels of service unheard of in the retail universe." I feel that this business needs to be brought to the Better Business Bureau.

rent to own stills your money and they have appliances that brake on you within the first 3 nonths then you try to get someone to fix it and it's like they you stole the items you never get a straight up answer they are cons
