| i deal with the hamilton store and although I find in general the store is good I think they need to reconsider their employees and how they treat their customers before they start losing customers! I have been told by another employee there has been other complaints about this one employee who has very poor customer service skills so tell me why is it he still has a job even with complaints to management? HEs has no customer service skills and yells and is very ignorant to customers! - |
