The do not stand behind their warranty. Customer satisfaction is meanigless to the Serta Mattress Co. I experienced fisthand to day by speaking with Dwayne Barnes in the Vacaville, CA. I'm sure the investors have no clue how many customer are runnimg in to dead ends trying to get a replacement matress even when the one they currentky have is under warranty. I don't beleive Canadian Teacher's or any other investors would be happy to know just how frustrating it is to be told, "there is nothing we can do with your lumpy uncomfortable matress made by SERTA!
