| One area you left out is age discrimination.Older employees have alot to offer.Not all older employees look at a computor with a blank look on there face,but the younger employees act superior in this area by making remarks that you cannot or are unwilling to learn.They also hate to give up that superior feeling by showing you anything.I do not understand the new work ethic{whats in it for me}What albout putting the company first.If the company is not successful how can I be. - |
