| Salutations! Last year I started making payments on a 35in toshiba tv. I get paid on the 3rd of the month.. every month. So I was always 2-3 days late. I figured this was ok. since I always paid my bill on the same day. I only owed about $500. left out of $1,300. I told RAC I was moving and had no place for the tv and asked if I could get it back. When I got settled in. And they nicely agreed. I found a house and went in with $500. cash to buy my tv I was so excited! and this smirky guy came out and said it's been rented out. We don't have that tv any more. I asked if I could get one similar and he said I would have to pay the full cash price, because I was a delinquint renter. He knew I got paid on the third of every month and it was never a problem I was just always a few days late. I feel that his decision was in error. I'm offended and embarrased. They said I could come back and start where I left off since I already paid over $1,200. for it. RAC lied to me! I know what to do about this, but I've been instructed to contact you first to see if we can come up with a resolution. Thank you for your time and consideration. 1(989)358-8187 - |
