| Hi Sonja. I am a female service manager for an independent auto repair shop. I just read your opinions about women in a male dominated workplace and I couldn't agree more. I printed your comments to take with me to work for those days when I get pushed to the side again by someone who wants to talk to a "man". I have been in this field for 12 years and have the same ASE certification that the men at my shop have and on a daily basis it seems, I'm asking myself why I keep going back.
