| Seriously, Nothing is wrong with the controller. Nintendo shouldnt even bother with the stupidity from people that can't even keep their hands on a control. They shouldnt have included the strap in the first place, then if it flies out of your hands then thats your problem. Odd I know the Wii is everywhere around the world BUT it's only in America that you such nonsense. All I have to say is "ONLY IN AMERICA" - |

| why are there so many idiots out there? here's a simple solution, don't let go of the wiimote! this class action suit is gonna get thrown out by any judge with half a brain. - |
| Idiots if you hold on to the god dam controller it doesn't break - |
| "...the wrist strap broke and caused the remote to leave the user's hand."
This is false, the issue is with users letting go of the remote with such force that the strap breaks. This is a user error and not a fault of Nintendo. If anything, Nintendo should be faulted with assuming that users would know better than to throw their equipment around the room. You guys should really rewrite this story. - |
| Again, Stupid Americans hurling things as fast as possible, a lack of common sense + ridiculous sueing culture, whole thing blown out of proportion, if u give these people a hammer and a nail, they will somehow end up with a hammer in their head. - |
| just because some people have no control of their own body, nintendo is getting sued? i laugh at this - |
