THIS BANK IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF PAYDAY LOANS THAT EXISTS. THEY OFFER LOANS ONLINE IN KY AND THE INTEREST RATES ARE UNBELIEVABLE. I HAVE PAID 6 PAYMENTS OF 97.21 AND STILL OWE MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PRINCIPAL. I WISH THE GOVERNMENT WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT SUCH A RIPOFF AND THE ARE ONLY ONE OF MANY. IT IS THE POOR THAT END UP TRAPPED IN ENDLESS PAYMENTS TO THESE VULTURES.

we recently applied for a master card thru First Bank Of Delaware.Of course we qualified for a $300.00 credit card.We paid approx. $225.00 just to get it going ha,ha.It's been over a week now and we still have not been able to get it activated.For one reason or another we have to call this number and from that number we get another number.It's just been so damm (oops,excuse my french)so futrating i just put the darn card away.Whats even more agrivating is a second payment is coming up in 5 days and i haven't even got the darn card activated.

We have a 95% interest that we have been trying to get rid of and refinance but cash call will not help out or lower it for us.

Those cheat SOB's tried to lend me $300.00 and then wanted me to pay over $800.00 to satisfy the loan!! Is that Usery or what?!?

I was suckered into getting their tribute credit card, used it once in December, haven't yet received a bill, fear what I may now owe them, intend to pay them off and cancel immediately when I receive a bill from them. They should be prosecuted for scamming on poor people like me on a fixed social security income.
