| the banks wont give them a loan? The freinds & family cant give it to them? The goverment wont give them a loan? Where do they go to keep there utilities on? The Goverment dosent tell the auto industry to cut the prise of there cars or set a profit margin on them? Now who will pay off leases and bills of the payday loan store after this type of legisation? Do they realize that it takes 7 loans to make up for one bad one?
