I want to know if you guys are related to the rent king in jacksonville on jammes rd.cause the manager is very rude.he is pissing off alot of customers and they are returning there items and going some where else to rent from. Heather

what's the point on having a website that talks about Rent King, but doesn't show any products. Rent-a-Center must be your biggest competitor and they have featured products

If all of your stores are like the one on Palm River Road; then you will not be in buisness very long. I have not received my merchandise and I cant get help from anyone. the lady who answered the phone at the corporate office, didn't even care enough to take down a message for me. i am very DISGUSTED with Rent King
