| I thought it was very helpful for me to get a payday loan when I needed it---but I am very discouraged at this time due to the fact that I went in to pay my loan today and was told that I was due the previous day and since I made an honest mistake on the actual payday ( Keep in mind I went with intentions to make a double payment the teller informed me that my loan was already in default and that there was nothing I could do---I have made several loans with this institution and never had a problem paying when I am supposed to--I am very disappointed that this fact has not counted for anything.) the young lady informed me that there was nothing she could do there is no phone number for me to call that all I could do is wait until the loan gpes into collection and pay it off then -- for christs sake it one day--I was not allowed to pay anything the woman said she could not even take my money which makes it appear that I am not willing to pay the loan which is untrue.
