| I have been trying to contact Robet Spilman to let him know how dissatisfied I have been with my purchases. I have purchased a sofa and loveseat that would be an embarrassment to your company. I have been fighting with people to rectify the situation. Can anyone out there help me? I am Barb Dinslage in Omaha, NE at 402-445-9742. | Just bought over$8,ooo worth of furniture and out of 7 pieces four pieces had defects workman related. Even one of the lamps had a defect. Most of this furniture was made in China and the quality control is worthless. We are VERY UNHAPPY with your furniture's quality control. We know now what to look for, but we are not satisified with the imports from China. Your company is selling our production in this country down the tube by out sourching and closing your plants. I don't see the comsumers getting any price break, just more money in your company's pocket. - |
