having worked for6 years in the rto business i saw many long term nanagers and DMs leave and saw what that did to the company. Some owners look really look at this and do nothing to keep their people happy. i enjoy reading the articles about employees retention because it is so important I left RoyalCrown Leasing because of mangement and so did several DMs before me, one with 19 years with the company and another with 14 years. They were not ready for the impact. It takes time to get a new manager or dm up to speed and it WILL cost you money. Very good articles, roy.
