Your dishwasher destroyed my kitchen cabinets and now no one from your company will return a call,email,letter, nothing. I have sent in and done everything that was asked of me. I ask please just tell me what is the update, and nothing. It is now in Mr. Jesse Kims hands and he promised to settle this since he has seen my struggles with your company for a year, well guess what, nothing. Do you think by any strenght of the imagination that I would buy another LG appliance. I can live with the fact that sometimes appliances have problems, but your customer service is the worse I have encountered in my 61 years. I am so upset that I had to go back on my ulcer medication. Just an answer on where it stands would be nice. I will change my cabinets myself and then settle with you later, but I cannot get an answer weather I can do this or not. I think your problem is in your customer service. I can email you names of at least 28 people in your organization that I have either mailed, emailed, or called in the past year. And they all say, "I will take care of it" and then they vanish and I have to start all over again. Tell me no we are not going to help you and I will take other avenues, but to hear nothing day in and day out is not what I call good business practices. But now I am diligent and I will get in touch with someone in your company that cares. Thank you for listening, but I really dont expect to hear back from you either.
