I purchased a mattress set from Showcase and it was supposed to be new yet it was broken. I reported it to the sales people before paying it off and Showcase was to replace it since March, it is now August and I just got it today and they claim it is new and it has no customer tags. It supposedly took this long because of the conversion. As they say bad advertisement travels alot faster than good. Its sad that Aarons cannot fullfill customer satisfaction and unless this matter is resolved I will be the first to recommend other rent to own places with whom I have dealt with then recommend Aarons.
