| I can tell you horror stories of the Badock Corp,,, thier names says it all BADCOCK,,,trust them,,I can give you hundred of reasons not too and so can many others who were "released of thier stores"...you can email me with comments or questions,,I had a store for over ten years,,and I have stories to tell,,including one in which I was injuried by a truck driver employed by Badcock and now can no longer work,,,think twice when you read"Badcock will treat you right" Redheadd1952@aol.com - |
| I am employed at a Badcock and More store in South Carolina. Personally, I thinks it is not a wise idea for Badcock to open Rent to Own stores. They would start off opening them in areas that are DOMINATED by Aarons and Rent a Center. Badcock will not be able to compete with them. I know how tough rent to own can be, esspecially in South Carolina, as I was a 4 year associate with the former Rainbow Rentals. Badcock seriously needs to way out the pros and cons in rent to own, I would not like to see another repeat of Rainbow Rentals demise. I love selling furniture alot more than renting it out.
