former Lea Industries exec Ray Crocker as President.
Mr. Crocker replaces Harry Hoffman who will remain Chairman
of the Board and CEO.
Fraenkel Company is employee owned and
manufactures/distributes HillCraft Upholstery, Glenfield
Upholstery, Imperial (Bedroom, Dining, Occasional), Englander
Sleep Products & USA Bedding.
The company operates distribution centers in Olive Branch, Ms
and Baton Rouge, La.
