In cooperation with the CPSC,
Poundex has announced
voluntary recalls of the F1065 Dining Chair.
The welds on the chair's rear legs can crack and break apart, posing a fall
hazard to consumers. Poundex has received one report of bodily injury due to
collapse of chair.
The F1065 chair was sold to independent stores nationwide from January 2004
through September 2004. The recalled chairs were mainly sold as a part of a
5-piece dining set.
