343 ColorTyme franchisees, employees and suppliers began arriving in Dallas, Texas today for the company's 17th annual Winter Operations Meeting (WOM).

In addition to training sessions and a tradeshow featuring merchandise from 100% of ColorTyme suppliers, store staff will be recognized for superior performance.

Rhonda Davis, Director of Purchasing for ColorTyme explained that the primary focus of WOM is recognizing excellence. "For only the second time in company history, a single store will be receive the Double Diamond Award." The Double Diamond is based on annual store revenue and is the highest award given by ColorTyme.
