Longtime RTO veterans Richard Rose and Jeff Loeb, partners in R.T.O., Inc, with stores in Virginia and North Carolina, have signed a market development agreement with Rent N Roll for all of the major markets in Virginia and Washington, D.C. The first store will open soon in the Norfolk area.

Larry Sutton, President and founder of Rent-N-Roll, believes the Virginia and DC markets provide Rent N Roll with tremendous growth opportunity. Sutton was recently presented with the Association of Progressive Rental Organization's (APRO) Lifetime Achievement Award. Click play to see a video of the award presentation.
