The second annual Midwest RTO Expo is just four weeks away! Upon it's debut in 2004, the Expo set a record for a non-national RTO event with 45 vendors/sponsors, 27 dealer companies from 8 states, and 324 total attendees participating.

As of Friday, 7-22, there are already 42 vendors/sponsors, 15 dealer companies from 8 states and 133 total attendees registered. The cutoff for registration is August 8 (the deadline for booth reservation online has passed - vendors who have not yet reserved booth space should contact Tony Craig at 814-461-5742 by July 30).

Just like last year, there is no cost to participate (except for golf) and the Expo is designed so store associates can participate in the trade show and all training sessions in a single day.

TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT ONLINE*:
*Remember, it is necessary to create a Tradeshow Account AND THEN register for the Expo events. (Print these instructions)

1- Go to www.expo.rtotradeshow.com and select <Tradeshow Account Setup>. Once an account is established, you will be directed to the "Events" page. Click on <Register Here>.

2- Click on the red boxed "X" () to register for the Tradeshow. This automatically registers you for the training sessions.

3- Additional events
If you would like to participate in the golf outing, click on the red boxed "X" ()for that event (cost is $35, payable at the course).

If you will attend Tuesday night's Welcome Reception, click on the red boxed "X" () for that event (includes two complimentary drink tickets).

You must click on the red boxed "X" () for the Wednesday lunch to join Hal Becker during his keynote address. There is no charge for lunch, but it is necessary to get an accurate count. The exhibit hall and training sessions will be closed during lunch.

4) Once you have registered yourself, you may add others to your company listing by clicking on <Add Employees>. PLEASE NOTE, EMAIL ADDRESSES CANNOT BE DUPLICATED. IF ENTERING SOMEONE WHO SHARES AN EMAIL ADDRESS, OR DOES NOT HAVE ONE, LEAVE THE EMAIL ADDRESS LINE BLANK. Employees can also register themselves as long as they have a unique email address.

5) When you exit the site, your information is automatically saved.

Hotel information can be located from the "Events" page and from the registration page. The Drury Inn has a connecting walkway to the Convention Center; the Hampton Inn is just across the street. Be sure to mention "Midwest RTO Expo" when calling either hotel. Rooms must be reserved by August 7 to be included in the Expo room block.
