Steve Leach formed Shoppers’ View in 1993 with his wife Catherine Farr to meet previously unmet needs in their own multi-store retail organization. The company began with telephone mystery shopping, which was identified as the most cost-effective for their clients. Today, Shoppers’ View considers themselves to be the largest telephone mystery shopping company in the world.

Shoppers’ View performs thousands of “shops” each week using their custom, state-of-the-art recording software to record and deliver digital audio files to their clients, either as streaming audio files via the Web or on compact discs. Currently, Shoppers’ View services more than 2,000 RTO locations each month.
