FamilyTel,
a major provider of prepaid in home telephone service, announced the company has
agreed to purchase a majority interest in Database Hub, Inc. Database Hub is a
software development company specializing in the prepaid telephone industry.
"Database Hub provides turn-key customer service and billing services for the
prepaid telephone company industry" said Brad Warden, President of Family Tel.
The acquisition we will allow us to update our operating system and provide our
dealers with state of the art customer service and billing software."
Database Hub originally developed the software for Delta Phones. Delta Phones
was founded by Jimmy Strong who's Easy
Way Rent to Own chain was recently acquired by Aaron Rents.
