HP announced it has been chosen as one of the "Ten Best Web Support Sites" by the Association of Support Professionals (ASP), an international membership organization for customer support managers and professionals. This prestigious award recognizes HP's commitment to excellence in online customer support and services.

HP's Business Support Center and IT Resource Center were selected by a panel of judges with expertise in Web support design and implementation, using a scoring system based on 25 separate performance criteria. HP excelled in many areas of evaluation, including: overall usability, design and navigation; knowledge base and search implementation; interactive features and personalization.
