Frederick W. Croft has been named
Chief Operating officer by Rent to Own operator and custom wheel
manufacturer Mizati Luxury Alloy Wheels, Inc. Among other
duties, Mizati said Croft will assist CEO Hazel Chu in rolling
out the companies Rent to Own custom wheel initiative.
Mizati recently announced its intention to open custom wheel
rent to own operations in California. The stores will operate
under the "Wheel Lots" brand.
"Fred has substantial experience as an executive building sales,
marketing and brand management for developing companies. He also
brings skill and experience in negotiations and corporate
finance management," said Hazel Chu, Mizati's President and
Chief Executive Officer.
Croft spent more than fifteen years in business-building and
business optimization roles, moving from management consulting
at KPMG to helping private equity groups including Fenway
Partners, Platinum Equity, American Capital Strategies and
others acquire companies and improve their operations. He was
also a co-founder of Altamira Group, an award-winning software
company, and VHP, a health plan later sold to New York Life.
In the wheel industry, Mr. Croft provided consulting and
management support to American Racing Enterprises and Superior
Industries, helping them improve financial operations, market
channels and inventory management.
