Measuring Up. |
Tony & Tammy Craig, long-time
veterans of rent-to-own (RTO) industry, have launched a new
consulting company,
Measuring Up, and are now ready to accept clients of all
sizes. Measuring Up primarily focuses on RTO customer
satisfaction analysis and offers a survey service to benchmark
and track customer satisfaction with a unique evaluation
process.
Measuring Up provides RTO companies with a complete end-to-end
package that improves customer loyalty through first hand
analysis of the rental process' effect on customers.
Measuring Up’s Customer Satisfaction component offers three
elements; The Question, The Follow-Up Question, and The
Analysis. Clients can choose 1, 2 or all 3 elements to gain
insight into whether customers are truly satisfied.
●Element 1 - The Question
provides a score based on ratings given by customers;
●Element 2 - The Follow-Up
Question provides the score and answers to a “why did you rate”
question;
●Element 3 - The Analysis
provides the score, the responses and an analysis of those
responses with recommendations for improvement.
Measuring Up also offers an Employee Feedback Component.
Measuring Up will gather anonymous employee feedback that Rent
to Own companies can use as a foundation to affect changes to
their organization in a structured, data-driven manner. Improved
employee satisfaction has been shown to significantly reduce
turnover.
For companies wishing to
implement changes based on data gathered by Measuring UP, the
company also offers a Strategic Planning and Implementation
service to make organizational changes based on data gathered in
customer and employee surveys.
Tammy Craig will handle the day-to-day operations of the
customer satisfaction component of Measuring Up. Tammy's 9 years
with RentWay working at both the store level and at the
corporate office, combined with her retail ownership and
management background, make her uniquely qualified to elicit
