Vince Ficarrotta, V.P. of franchising for Rent-n-Roll Custom Wheels And Tires, announced today an MDA (Market Development Agreement) to develop a number of RENT-n-ROLL free-standing units has been reached with Ernie Lewallen (who's who), former APRO President and current owner of UHR Rents.

The agreement covers the entire Cincinnati, OH ADI which also includes parts of Southern Ohio, Southeastern Indiana and Northern Kentucky. Mr. Lewallen stated, "I am excited to announce my participation in the development of Rent-n-Roll franchise's. Not since the early 1980's have I felt this much excitement about the RTO concept. Our team looks forward to joining with Larry Sutton and his group to open and operate a number of Rent-n-Roll stores in different cities and markets over the coming years. It is my belief that the concept of renting to own custom wheels and performance tires will be the biggest product introduction since RTO stores added furniture!"
