Australian press is reporting a fire at a Radio Rentals warehouse near Adelaide. Arson has been confirmed as the cause of the blaze with damage estimated at $500,000.

Investigators suspect the fire was set by burglars, perhaps to cover their tracks. Police say suspicious activity had been noted around the building earlier in the day.

A security guard was rescued from the fire and is being treated for smoke inhalation.
