A Seguin Texas woman gave birth to a 5 pound 14
ounce boy in the
Rent a Center parking lot Thursday, March 25th.
Shawn and Vanessa Miller were on their way to
the hospital when things (pardon the pun) came to a head. Shawn
pulled into the nearest parking lot and called 911. A bystander
assisted and Garison Miller was born shortly before emergency
personnel arrived.
