Shoppers' View, the Rent to Own industries mystery shop leader, announced the addition of regional comparison reports to their secure online-reporting system.

Multi unit operators have always been able to view company-wide mystery shop results in real time from any computer. With the addition of comparison reporting, clients can directly compare results by region, state, district, or by any other method. "Regional comparisons add another level of relevance to our online reporting program," said Steve Leach (who's who), CEO of Shoppers' View, "Clients can set up comparisons in any manner best suited for their company structure."

Shoppers' View also announced development of online hidden-camera Video Shop results. Currently, clients can log in from any computer and listen to the actual audio of telephone mystery shops. Soon clients will be able to watch actual hidden-camera video of on-site mystery shops. "Companies utilizing our Teletrax service are seeing rapid increases in sales and customer service performance," said Leach. "The addition of video, available online, brings the benefit Shoppers' View to a whole new level."

Shoppers' View programs include actual recordings of the conversations between sales or customer service staff and shoppers views "rental prospects".
