The Joint Committee
on Finance of the Wisconsin Legislature today recommended
passage of the Wisconsin Rental Purchase Agreements Act by a
vote of 12 to 4. (See

The bill now moves to the floor of both houses.
This session ends Thursday, March 11th. The bill must be passed
in both houses and signed by Governor Jim Doyle, who has told
Representatives he would it, by Thursday or
the process must begin again next session.
