and advertising resources, Razor has been designated as the lead
agency,” said Razor President Dave Kirwan. “Our role is to

RFP process for the creative agency.”
Razor manages $53 MM in capitalized billing for clients
representing 15,000 retail units from its Addison, Texas
headquarters.
