SED International today announced an agreement to provide consumer technology products from Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. to the rent-to-own retail market. SED International, Inc. will distribute plasma displays, home audio, and home video products from Pioneer to the growing rent-to-own retail industry.

SED International, Inc., a leading digital technology distributor headquartered in Atlanta, supplies information technology products, wireless telephones (cellular) and consumer electronics to the nation's leading value added resellers, technical solution providers and rent to own stores. The RTO market produced approximately $8 billion in revenues in 2003, up $300 million from the prior year. The market is serviced by approximately 8,300 storefronts.
